ORIGIN STORY
OrgVerify was born out of an urgent, real-world need. Shortly after we launched Caller Verify, clients began asking for its counterpart: the ability to verify organizations, not just callers. The request wasn’t theoretical. Several of our customers had already faced troubling incidents in which bad actors impersonated their internal help desks during outbound calls. Employees, believing they were speaking with legitimate support staff, were tricked into sharing sensitive information or granting unauthorized access.
These breaches created confusion, undermined trust, and exposed organizations to serious security risks. It became clear that Caller Verify solved only half of the authentication problem.
So we built OrgVerify.
OrgVerify gives individuals and employees a simple, reliable way to confirm that an organization, or a representative claiming to call on its behalf, is genuinely who they say they are. By closing the verification gap in outbound communication, OrgVerify strengthens organizational trust, protects users, and helps eliminate one of the most exploited social engineering vectors.
What began as a client request has become a crucial layer of modern communication security. OrgVerify exists because your people deserve to know exactly who’s on the other end of the line.
