  • How does OrgVerify protect against impersonation and fraud?
    When an outbound call or message is initiated, OrgVerify delivers a real-time, branded verification prompt (via secure link, SMS, or other channels) to the recipient. This prompt reduces the risk of impersonation, phishing, and data theft by confirming that calls truly originate from your organization or an authorized employee.
  • What does the verification experience look like for the recipient?
    Recipients receive a branded, time-sensitive link that confirms the caller’s identity, organization, and department. This link could take the form of a mobile push notification if there is an app available. If not, an email or SMS could be used for delivery. On desktop or mobile, recipients can instantly verify before continuing the conversation or sharing information.
  • Can OrgVerify be used inside a company between employees?
    Yes. Large or distributed organizations use OrgVerify internally to verify that sensitive or unexpected calls from one department to another (like IT, HR or finance) are legitimate.     OrgVerify authenticates outbound calls: it lets recipients confirm that your business or employee is legitimately contacting them. Caller Verify authenticates inbound calls: it verifies the identity of customers or employees who contact your support desk. Together, they create trust on both ends of the line, securing inbound and outbound communications.
  • Is OrgVerify compliant with STIR/SHAKEN or other telecom standards?
